Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team with a focus on service excellence, team development, and operational precision. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-end environments and values a positive, professional culture built on collaboration and respect.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain and elevate service standards across all dayparts, ensuring alignment with the venue’s brand and reputation
- Drive daily operations, including reservations, floor management, team rostering, and service execution
- Partner with the Head Chef and senior leadership on workflow, service planning, and guest satisfaction strategies
- Support the ongoing development of team culture, coaching staff to excel and grow within the business
- Manage feedback and complaints with professionalism and care
- Oversee financial responsibilities including labour control, budgets, and cost monitoring
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements
To be successful in this role you will be able to display the following;
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium or fine dining environment
- Strong understanding of modern hospitality operations and guest expectations
- Confident, composed, and calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- Naturally collaborative with a genuine focus on people leadership and team growth
