About the role:
In this role you’ll work closely with the owners in the development and implementation of innovative service procedures. You’ll take full responsibility for management and forecasting of budgets as well as liaising closely with the kitchen on menu changes.
Candidate profile:
To be successful in this role you’ll display the following;
- Minimum 2 years in a restaurant management role
- Proven success within a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
- A high level of organisation
- Strong business acumen
- Impeccable attention to detail
This role is offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary plus superannuation.
