Job Description
As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead and mentor a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will drive operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and deliver strong commercial outcomes in a high-volume setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service and operational results
- Overseeing financial performance, labour management, and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards
- Implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Supporting the ongoing training and development of team members
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for people and performance. Your management style is hands-on and inclusive, and you are adept at balancing service excellence with operational discipline.
