The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high performing teams while delivering results. The focus will be on delivering front of house excellence and elevating the already highly awarded offering across the group.
This role will see you working collaboratively with all departments but the focus will be on supporting all levels of management and empowering them with the tools for success and really honing in on the service standards. You will also assist the Group Operations Manager with financial and operational requirements across the business.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 5 plus years of experience working at a premium, high paced environment in a leadership position
- A good financial understanding relevant to P&L management and cost control
- A hands-on approach to delivering an excellent product and service
- Experience in large venues and excellent compliance knowledge
- Be dynamic and energetic
- A track record of building great teams with a positive culture
