Job Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of a busy CBD venue that services a strong mix of business clientele and regular guests. This role requires a confident operator who can lead a team through high-volume service while maintaining consistency, professionalism and strong guest engagement. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play an important role in maintaining the venue’s reputation while contributing to its ongoing success.

Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence

Manage and develop a front-of-house team focused on service excellence

Maintain high service standards suited to corporate and business clientele

Oversee rostering, labour management and operational performance

Work closely with senior leadership to support venue performance and growth
Candidate Profile
You are a capable and organised hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams and managing busy service environments. You understand the importance of consistency and professionalism, particularly in venues that cater to corporate guests and regular clientele.

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up

Experience working in high-volume or CBD dining environments

Strong leadership and team development capability

Excellent organisational and operational management skills
