Lead a dedicated team and elevate the dining experience in a semi-fine dining setting. Drive excellence in customer service, foster a positive work culture, and oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium suburban restaurant. Your passion for hospitality and leadership skills will be key in creating memorable dining experiences and achieving business success.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Extensive experience in a similar restaurant management role
- A hands-on approach to delivering an excellent guest experience
- Experience in restaurant service in a fast busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written an verbal
- Strong time management skills and a focused attention to detail
- An ability to multi-task and manage across multiple levels
This role is offering circa $80,000 + Super.
