As Restaurant Manager, you will bring together commercial acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership to deliver an outstanding hospitality experience. This is a senior-level role requiring full accountability for financial performance, team engagement, and the strategic growth of the business..
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience across both front and back of house
- Own the venue’s financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Drive top-line growth through local marketing, community initiatives, and partnership development
- Lead recruitment, training, and succession planning to build a resilient, high-performing team
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement new business strategies and operational improvements
- Be a visible and inspiring leader who creates a culture of accountability, positivity, and professional growth
- Prepare for multi-site responsibilities through structured leadership development and strategic planning exposure
You are a seasoned hospitality leader with strong business acumen, a people-first approach, and the ability to embed yourself in a local community. You bring experience managing full financials and are motivated by the opportunity to take a step toward multi-site leadership.
