Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team within this unique, high-end hotel setting. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a smaller, guest-focused environment where attention to detail, warm service, and genuine hospitality are key. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.

Candidate Profile
