A fantastic street front restaurant in the inner south, fast making a name for itself and to add to that the company values their staff and treat them like family.
About the role:
Reporting to the Venue Manager and working closely with the owners who visit the site regularly to dine, your job is to manage front of house operations and guide the team in creating a genuine customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following;
- 2 years min experience in a managerial role (Italian restaurant favourably)
- Strong wine knowledge
- Solid knowledge of restaurant procedures a must
- The ability to create an amazing customer experience
- Experience in maintaining a positive culture in a small team
- A background in identifying and implementing service improvements
- High service standards and an strong rapport with customers
- Good training skills and the willingness to guide and mentor your staff
- Will consider senior FOH managers with great flare
This role is offering a salary circa $85,000 plus super, plus there are company wide benefits.
