Job Description
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager you will be the face of this luxury premium brand and the venue, you will work closely with the senior manager to deliver the highest standard of food, beverage and service in a very intimate high class setting. You will also be responsible for the management of a small, professional team delivering premium and engaging customer centric service, elevating the customer experience in the process.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Exceptional food and wine knowledge, the ability to curate a wine program, and a desire to learn about luxury produce and suppliers
- A dynamic professional demeanour and engaging manner
- The highest service standards and experience in anticipating what your guests want
- A proven track record and ability to meet labour, COGS and sales targets
- The ability to recruit, train, lead and motivate a team, backed up by a long term training and development program
- A strong background in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with social media management and engagement
- Strong collaborative skills in menu development and beverage matching
This fantastic role is offering an exceptionally good salary package circa $100,000 plus super for the right candidate.
