Job Description

As the Project Marketing Executive, you will assist the team in producing and executing their ongoing marketing plan and strategy. In this role you will be expected to provide high-quality marketing co-ordination and support to the in-house marketing team to ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of project sales launches and events including but not limited to: signage; CGIs; collateral; sales/display suites fit-out & other relevant elements - covering leasing, investment and purchases.

In this role the Marketing Executive works hand in hand with the Creative Director whilst reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the high performing team to drive a healthy sales pipeline through multiple channels. 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will be an independent thinker who has exceptional time management skills and can work as part of a small team. They will be agile in their thinking and be exceptionally familiar with all social media platforms. 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM and EDM software.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to monitor and interpret website traffic volume, sources, user behaviour etc to make informed marketing decisions
  • Understanding of the Australian economy in the context of the global economy and how that affects local property markets and purchaser behaviour
  • Knowledge of the Sydney property developer market, specifically Crown Group competitors, with a strong opinion on brand positioning, product offering, price points etc in order to strengthen Crown Group’s position within the market
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, monitoring lead volume, quality and conversion to inspection and sales to inform ongoing marketing activity and investment
  • Experience managing digital marketing agencies with a deep understanding of what good performance looks like across Google Search, social and display advertising in order to help the agency accountable to KPI’s
  • Advanced level of spelling and grammar for copywriting across a variety of platforms with an understanding of tactics to change buyer perception and generate leads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of oral and written communication skills (proven ability to draft correspondence, minutes of meetings, reports etc)
  • Superior planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail along with the ability to determine priorities and work to tight deadlines
