Job Description

As the Marketing Executive, you will assist the team in producing and executing their ongoing marketing plan and strategy. In this role you will be expected to provide high-quality marketing co-ordination and support to the in-house marketing team to ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of project sales launches and events including but not limited to: signage; CGIs; collateral; sales/display suites fit-out & other relevant elements - covering leasing, investment and purchases.

In this role the Marketing Executive works hand in hand with the Creative Director whilst reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the high performing team to drive a healthy sales pipeline through multiple channels. 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will be an independent thinker who has exceptional time management skills and can work as part of a small team. They will be agile in their thinking and be exceptionally familiar with all social media platforms. 
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Project management experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Impeccable communication skills both up and down
  • Outcome focused and able to analyse data
