Job Description
  
As the Production Manager of Curatif, you will oversee a small team to ensure the production process is seamless including but not limited ensuring production runs are completed to schedule, raw materials are ordered in time for the production run and that the strict quality control programmes which are adhered to.

Key KPIs for this role will be based around safety, CIP and DIFOT targets. As the Production Manager, you will be looking for ways to continuously improve internal processes. This role could suit someone with a brewing background or from the wine industry. 

Candidate Profile
  
To be successful in this role you will need great leadership skills as well as exceptional time management. The candidate will have an analytical mind that can visualise the process from start to finish and continue to search for efficiencies & opportunities to improve
  • Experience in a Production Manager role within beer, wine or spirits
  • A systematic and solution focussed approach
  • Highly process driven and forward thinking
  • Experience in performance managing; developing and leading a high performing passionate team
  • A curious and creative mind relating to product development
