Our client has an expansive portfolio of properties in Australia and will experience significant growth over the coming years. As such they are currently seeking an on-property People and Culture Manager to take responsibility for people performance, further enhancing their service mindset.
Role Profile
Reporting to the Area People and Culture Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in the leadership team. A key aspect of this position is to enable the continued development of an already stellar culture, through execution of strategies that capture and grow the required workforce competencies within a positive workplace culture.
Candidate Profile
You will need:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a management, Human Resources and/or training role
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality and or Human Resources desirable but not essential
- Experience in the hospitality or retail industry
- Operational experience and skills in developing policies and procedures
- Experience working with Registered Training Organisations
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication, innovation and positive outlook
This role is offering a strong remuneration package comprised of base plus super and financial KPI’s.
