Job Description
The Pastry Chef will lead the pastry section, designing and producing high-quality desserts and baked goods for à la carte service, functions, and club events. The role offers full creative autonomy and a structured roster that supports work-life balance.
Design and execute a refined dessert and pastry menu
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal offerings
Manage pastry production for daily service and events
Ensure high standards of presentation and consistency
Work a rotating weekly roster including nights (no late finishes)
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a talented and self-motivated pastry professional with a passion for quality and a flair for creativity. You will have experience in premium hospitality environments and be comfortable working independently.
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a quality venue
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Ability to manage production and service demands
Calm and organised under pressure
Committed to maintaining high standards
