Job Description
As the Packaging Manager of this well known Craft Brewery, you will oversee a small team to ensure the packaging process is seamless including but not limited ensuring packaging runs are all done to schedule and that the strict quality control programmes which are already in place adhered to. Key KPIs for this role will be based around safety, yield and DIFOT targets. As the Packaging Manager, you will be constantly looking for ways to continuously improve internal processes.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will need great leadership skills as well as exceptional time management. The candidate will have an analytical mind that can visualise the process from start to finish and continue to search for efficiencies & opportunities to improve
- 2 years experience in a packaging manager role
- A systematic and solution focussed approach
- Experience in performance managing; developing and leading a high performing passionate team
- A valid drivers license
