Job Description
Reporting into the Group Operations Manager, you will support operations across seven pubs, providing a second-in-command presence when needed. Your role will include covering leave, supporting teams on the floor, and helping maintain consistent service and operational standards across all venues.
You will thrive on variety and enjoy moving between venues, stepping in where required, and taking ownership of daily operations. Your hands-on, practical approach will help guide teams, support General Managers, and ensure each pub continues to run smoothly.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a multi-faceted 2IC or Assistant Venue Manager in high-volume pubs
- Strong operational knowledge across all aspects of pub management
- Ability to work autonomously and step into varied situations with confidence
- Exceptional people management and team leadership skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills to balance multiple venues and priorities
