Job Description
This is a pivotal Operations Manager / 2IC position within a complex, multi-level venue encompassing multiple food and beverage outlets, gaming operations, entertainment offerings and a broad range of event spaces. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a large cross-functional team and drive performance across all departments.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing end-to-end venue operations across F&B, gaming and events

Leading, mentoring and developing a large, diverse team of managers and staff

Driving revenue growth, cost control and operational efficiency

Ensuring compliance across licensing, gaming and workplace health and safety

Supporting strategic planning and executing initiatives to enhance guest experience
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced senior hospitality leader who thrives in high-volume, multi-faceted environments. Commercially astute and operationally hands-on, you bring strong leadership capability and a track record of delivering results within complex venues.
You will demonstrate:

Proven experience in a large-scale, multi-outlet hospitality or entertainment venue

Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams

Solid understanding of gaming operations and regulatory compliance

A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments
