Job Description
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-performing pub in Brisbane City. This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and ensuring a consistent premium guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving service and operational standards across all departments
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving key financial outcomes
- Leading, mentoring, and developing department managers and teams
- Implementing efficient systems and ensuring compliance across operations
- Collaborating with senior leadership to execute the group’s vision and strategy
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume, premium pub operations, with demonstrated success in leadership and financial management. You will be commercially astute, operationally hands-on, and passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
