Our client is a leading Australian hospitality group recognised for delivering exceptional guest experiences across a growing portfolio of premium venues. With continued national expansion, the group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead one of its flagship Brisbane venues.

Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-performing pub in Brisbane City. This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and ensuring a consistent premium guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving service and operational standards across all departments
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving key financial outcomes
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing department managers and teams
  • Implementing efficient systems and ensuring compliance across operations
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to execute the group’s vision and strategy
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume, premium pub operations, with demonstrated success in leadership and financial management. You will be commercially astute, operationally hands-on, and passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
