The company is people-focused, with a focus on pushing boundaries within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. With multiple brands in the portfolio, this role will lead the company's flagship venue, which combines premium dining, bars, and live entertainment experiences.
Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple departments across hospitality and entertainment operations, focusing on operational efficiencies, financial performance, and team development. Given the complexity of the operation, including food and beverage service, event management, and entertainment programming, you will exercise strong delegation and time management skills to ensure all product offers are executing to the highest possible standard.
A significant focus on beverage and stock control is required, alongside ensuring training, guest experience and team culture are prioritised across all venue touch points. The ability to review and improve operational performance will form a fundamental part of this role.

- Significant experience leading complex multi-outlet operations, ideally with entertainment or events components
- Strong communication skills both with your team and external collaborators, including entertainment partners, event organisers, and suppliers
- Genuine passion for the industry and enthusiasm for being part of a destination entertainment venue
- Strong leadership qualities and financial acumen across multiple revenue streams
- High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele across dining and entertainment experiences
- Current work rights within Australia
