Job Description

As the 2IC, you will be fully responsible for the management and execution of a clearly defined set of tasks within the venue. These include but are not limited to; stock control, licensing, gaming compliance, the venue’s training program and of course, overall customer service.

This role will allow you to gain experience across all aspects of the business. Develop your skillset and expertise by learning from a strong licensee. This presents an opportunity to elevate and develop your career, with an established and well-regarded group. 

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate for this role will have;
  • Proven success in leading a large team and developing managers, with a strategic training program
  • Ability to think on their feet, with a solution-focused mentality and creative outlook
  • Exceptional acumen for both service standards and back-of-house process and procedure
  • A people-first approach to training and development
  • A positive, lateral and self-motivated approach to venue management
  • Experience in initiating and driving KPI targets
  • A collaborative approach to developing best practice
