Job Description
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager / 2IC to join the leadership team of this iconic Brisbane venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations across a large-scale food, beverage and functions offering.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive both team performance and guest experience.
The venue is purely F&B, with no gaming or wagering facilities.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Venue Manager with daily venue operations and team leadership

Overseeing service standards across restaurant, bar and functions

Leading, mentoring and developing a large front-of-house team

Driving operational efficiency, service quality and financial performance

Ensuring compliance with company procedures, licensing and safety standards
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in high-volume food and beverage environments. You will bring a confident leadership style, strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
