You have a passion for events, and leading and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to ensure optimum guest and client satisfaction.
As Operations Manager - Events, you will manage and oversee the day to day execution of event operations. With a hands on approach you will take a leading role in defining the overall success of all events and functions, both in venue, and off-site.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a busy restaurant or events environment in a hands-on capacity at a management level
- Experience in delivering first- class service to high profile clientele
- Event administration, rostering and logistics experience
- The ability to work autonomously as well as lead and develop a high performing team
- Exceptional communication skills
- High presentation standards both personally and for the business
- Major Event experience would be beneficial, but not a requirement
