Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a large-format community pub in Wagga Wagga. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive operational standards, financial outcomes and team culture across all departments including bar, bistro, gaming and functions.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a large, multi-department team

Managing P&L performance, budgeting and cost control

Driving revenue growth across food, beverage and gaming

Ensuring compliance with NSW liquor and gaming regulations

Building strong relationships within the local community
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in high-volume pub or hotel environments. Commercially astute and hands-on, you lead from the front and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
You will demonstrate:

Previous experience as a Venue Manager or Operations Manager in a large-format pub

Strong financial acumen and P&L management capability

In-depth knowledge of NSW liquor and gaming compliance

Exceptional leadership and people development skills

The ability to balance operational detail with strategic oversight
