Job Description
The Operations Manager will oversee the full spectrum of venue operations within a busy community pub in the Northern Rivers. This role requires a confident leader who can balance commercial strategy with hands-on operational management, ensuring the venue consistently delivers strong financial results and a high-quality guest experience.
Core responsibilities include:

End-to-end management of daily operations across bar, bistro and gaming

Driving revenue growth while maintaining tight cost controls

Leading, mentoring and performance managing department heads and team members

Ensuring compliance with all NSW liquor, gaming and WHS regulations

Building local partnerships and maintaining a strong community presence
Candidate Profile
You are a commercially driven hospitality professional with proven success in community pub operations. You thrive in friendly, fast-paced environments and are known for developing capable teams, lifting standards and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Your background will include:
