Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the New York City launch and ongoing performance. From venue openings to team development, this role requires a dynamic hospitality leader with the ability to embed brand standards, deliver results, and create memorable guest experiences.
- Drive the opening and performance of multiple NYC venues
- Lead and inspire high-performing, service-driven teams
- Maintain operational standards aligned with brand ethos
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic direction
- Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-site operator with a passion for coffee, hospitality, and team leadership. You will be a strong communicator with a proactive mindset and the ability to scale a premium offering in a competitive market.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in area or operations management
- Demonstrated success in venue openings and team building
- Deep understanding of café and retail culture
- Commercially astute with a hands-on leadership style
- Familiarity with the NYC hospitality landscape is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of New York labor laws
