Job Description
The Group seeks a proven hospitality leader to take the helm of its two high-profile venues—one in Broadbeach and one in Nobby Beach. Reporting directly to the owners, the role demands an experienced, strategic operator capable of leading a large team, maximising performance, and preserving the unique identity of each venue.
- Lead operations across two venues with distinct concepts and clientele
- Drive profitability through revenue optimisation, forecasting, and cost control
- Cultivate high-performing, engaged teams with strong retention outcomes
- Maintain premium service standards and uphold brand identity
- Lead compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a strong track record in premium dining environments. You combine operational excellence with emotional intelligence, inspiring trust, loyalty, and results across all stakeholder groups.
- Minimum 3 years in multi-site restaurant/general management
- Proven success managing venues of 130+ seats and high average spends
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach
- Skilled in performance management, coaching, and team development
- Technologically savvy and proficient in key hospitality platforms
