Job Description
As the Area Manager, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of specific tasks related to the successful operation of your three-venue portfolio. It will see you playing a support role across the venues, whilst acting as part of the senior leadership group in decision making and strategy.
Your role will be integral in ensuring the venues run smoothly with a focus on compliance and guest experience. The venues are all established community-focused pubs, with strong revenue and teams.

Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a managing multi-faceted pubs with gaming, F&B and retail elements.
- Exceptional management skills, the ability to lead a team and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage, retail and gaming in South Australia
- Technical knowledge of all pub operations and commercial acumen
