Job Description

The Multi-Site Manager will oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of three community venues, based primarily in one venue, with regular travel to the other properties. This is a hands-on, publican-style role suited to an operator who excels in building relationships, leading teams and driving consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and supporting Venue Managers to deliver strong operational performance
  • Ensuring service consistency, guest engagement and community connection across all venues
  • Overseeing rostering, cost controls, compliance and venue standards
  • Supporting recruitment, training and leadership development across the group
  • Contributing to strategic planning, growth initiatives and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a personable, grounded and community-minded hospitality leader. You may currently be a high-performing Venue Manager of a large, complex pub and ready to step into multi-site responsibility. A genuine love of classic pub culture and local engagement will be essential.

Strong candidates will demonstrate:
  • Proven leadership experience in a large pub or multi-venue environment
  • Strong operational capability and commercial acumen
  • Ability to coach and mentor Venue Managers and department leaders
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable style
  • Willingness to relocate to Regional South Australia
