Job Description
As the Operations Manager of this iconic multi-faceted venue, you will be accountable for maintaining the high standards of the front-of-house operation, as well as ensuring systems and processes are in place and running smoothly. The venue boasts multiple levels that include restaurants, bars, function spaces, and more. It is, without a doubt, a market leader in the Brisbane entertainment precinct.
The role requires someone who loves driving their team to deliver exceptional customer service with a keen eye for detail, relationship building, compliance knowledge and a passion for Hospitality. The venue is fun, friendly, safe and delivers a great product.
There is a strong management team in place and you would report to the Group General Manager.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience as an Duty Manager or AVM in a medium to large venue
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead a large team
- High-level ability in enhancing customer service
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
- Holder of, or willingness to obtain, an RMLV certificate
- A genuine love for being part of the action!
