As a leader in the Member Experience / Concierge Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that members and guests needs are not only met but exceeded. This team finds innovative and thoughtful ways to make each member or guest experience unique based on a deep understanding of their needs and desires.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Minimum of 5 years hospitality / guest management experience
- Exceptional guest service standards and ability to develop genuine relationships and connections with guests
- Skilled in technology and understanding the importance of customer relation management technology – experience with BPOS, Seven Rooms and CRM platforms highly desirable
- Knowledge of hotel / hospitality operations
- Strong experience in training and management of a professional and passionate hospitality team, recognising that our people make our club
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
