Job Description
This Marketing Executive role is a hands-on position supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple venues. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and operations, you will translate campaign ideas into impactful in-venue and digital outcomes.
You will play a central role in delivering venue activations, events and integrated campaigns from concept development through to launch and performance reporting. Content strategy and execution will form a core pillar of the position, ensuring each venue is represented through compelling, brand-aligned storytelling that drives awareness and trade.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the planning and rollout of group-wide and venue-specific campaigns

Leading content coordination including photographers, videographers and creative contributors

Partnering closely with venue operations to ensure seamless campaign execution on the ground

Managing supplier, agency and stakeholder relationships

Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reporting and insights
Candidate Profile
You are a commercially minded marketing professional with experience in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle-driven environments. You bring a strong understanding of content strategy and a proven ability to balance creativity with operational delivery.
You are confident working across multiple priorities and venues, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key attributes include:

Minimum three years’ experience in a Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator role

Demonstrated experience in content strategy, copywriting and creative coordination

Strong stakeholder management skills across operations and external partners

Ability to manage concurrent campaigns and deadlines with precision

A proactive, organised and execution-focused approach
