Job Description

The Licensee will be responsible for the overall management of the venue, ensuring operational success, compliance, and memorable guest experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires oversight of large teams while working closely with marketing and events departments to deliver innovative activations and community engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring staff across all areas of the business
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
