Job Description
As Interior Designer / Junior Design Manager, you will bridge the gap between concept and completion, contributing to design direction while managing key project logistics. From creating strategic design briefs to overseeing procurement and coordinating suppliers, this role requires someone with strong design instincts and exceptional organisational skills.
- Lead space planning, FF&E selections, and interior concept development
- Manage project timelines, procurement schedules, and delivery logistics
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Produce clear documentation and client-ready presentations
- Balance autonomy with collaborative teamwork to drive project success
You are a detail-oriented and self-motivated designer with a minimum of five years' experience in interior design and project coordination. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. You are confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders and enjoy seeing a project through from concept to delivery. A strong design eye paired with sharp coordination skills sets you apart. - Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar
- Proficient in SketchUp, Revit, AutoDesk, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent time management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and clarity
- Valid driver's licence and own transport required
