Job Description
As Human Resources Manager for this luxury property, you will be required to drive the strategy and people experience end to end. This will include a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, leadership development and training. This role will see you leading and promoting change while building culture within the teams.
- Expert knowledge of HR legislation and market trends
- A thorough understanding and execution strategy in hotels
- Recruitment and workforce planning
- WHS and workers compensation management
- Performance management
- Training and development – including onboarding, induction and orientation
- General HR administrative duties
- HR end of month reporting
- Organising team events and fostering a cohesive culture within the hotels
- Reviews and implements policies such as bullying, harassment and grievance policies
- Ensures compliance and good record keeping, particularly in relation to payroll.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience leading and executing training programs
- High-level organisational skills and time management
- Big picture thinking underpinned by a strategic and structured approach
- Experience in the hotel industry preferred
- Tertiary Qualified in Human Resources
