Job Description

The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong focus on service delivery, team engagement, and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Overseeing budgets, reporting, and financial performance

  • Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Candidate Profile

Key skills and experience:
  • Experience as a Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or similar
