As Head Chef, you're directly responsible for the venue’s culinary direction, managing a small but capable team, while creating menus that reflect the venue’s character and regional bounty. The role demands creativity, leadership and a deep connection to produce and provenance.
  • Full menu autonomy with scope to innovate and evolve
  • Lead, mentor and develop a passionate kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen operations
  • Cultivate relationships with local producers and suppliers
  • Champion a sustainable, seasonal and locally inspired food philosophy
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a capable and inspiring leader with a strong understanding of regional dining and a refined approach to food. They will have the ability to guide and elevate a kitchen team while crafting memorable culinary experiences.
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in quality venues
  • Strong skills in menu development and palate refinement
  • Ability to train, mentor and inspire a team
  • Deep appreciation for local, seasonal produce
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
