Job Description
You will work in a highly collaborative way, engaging with your immediate team and the Group Head Chef when creating menus, evolving processes and shaping culinary direction whilst leading your immediate team.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience as a Senior Chef in an award-winning environment in Australia or internationally
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead, coach and mentor a high performing team
- A hands-on approach and the ability to strategically plan seasonal menu changes
- High-level communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- A positive and consultative approach to your peers
- The ability to review operational performance and make improvements where necessary
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food
- Full Australian working rights
This role is offering a competitive package comprised of a generous base salary plus super, along with the prospect of overseeing future venue acquisitions.
