Job Description
This Head Chef role will see you lead the kitchen team and drive all aspects of day-to-day operations. With a focus on consistency, leadership, and quality, you will oversee service, maintain systems, and contribute to a menu driven by wood-fired cooking and seasonal produce.

Oversee daily kitchen operations and service standards

Manage systems, stock, compliance, and staffing

Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team

Maintain high levels of quality, hygiene, and consistency

Contribute to menu development and supplier relationships
Requirements
You are a capable and confident Head Chef with experience in modern or premium dining. You are passionate about Italian cuisine, strong on operations, and committed to leading a high-performing team. Wood-fired cooking experience is highly regarded.

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on management style

Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine preferred

Operationally sound with strong systems knowledge
