Job Description

This role offers full creative ownership of the kitchen, balancing innovation with strong operational leadership. The Head Chef will shape and evolve a modern Pan-Asian menu, bringing bold flavours and contemporary techniques to life while setting the standard for service execution. Leading from the front, you will foster a positive, engaged kitchen culture that encourages creativity, collaboration and consistency, within a fast-paced yet supportive environment that values both craft and structure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading menu development with a modern Pan-Asian focus

  • Overseeing kitchen operations across prep and service

  • Training, mentoring and leading a stable kitchen team

  • Managing food cost, labour control and supplier relationships


Candidate Profile

This opportunity will suit an up-and-coming Head Chef or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step into their first Head Chef role within a respected, creative environment.

You will bring:

  • Experience in modern Asian or contemporary dining environments

  • A creative, flavour-driven cooking style

  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills

  • A hands-on, positive approach to kitchen culture and team engagement
