Job Description
The Head Chef will take charge of a large and diverse kitchen operation, leading a team of up to 60 chefs across multiple outlets and service periods. This is a rare opportunity to join a flagship venue and play a pivotal role in shaping its culinary future. You will be expected to lead from the front, uphold uncompromising standards, and continually elevate the guest experience.
- Lead and mentor a large, high-performing kitchen team
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at scale
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to evolve the food offering
- Drive team engagement, training, and retention through strong leadership
- Oversee all facets of kitchen operations, including compliance, cost control, and service delivery
You are an experienced senior culinary professional with a proven ability to manage complexity, volume, and people. You combine creativity with discipline and thrive in environments where standards and expectations are high. Your leadership style is hands-on, inclusive, and inspiring.
- Minimum five years' experience in a high-volume Head or Executive Chef role
- Demonstrated success in leading large kitchen teams with strong retention outcomes
- Strong food credentials, with a passion for fresh, vibrant, and consistent execution
- Excellent financial and operational acumen, including cost and labour management
- A calm and composed leader who can manage pressure and drive performance
