Job Description
This is not a typical events space and in this role, you will be challenged to deliver the best, most creative food the market has seen.
We are not seeking a traditional events chef. We want to speak with the new breed; people who challenge the perceptions around the quality that is possible in large-scale eventing.
As the Head Chef of this unique business, you will oversee all aspects of the events operations, ensuring the highest level of culinary excellence you will be responsible for menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management while maintaining a focus on quality, innovation, and profitability.

Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have;
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef in a high-end hotel or fine dining establishment
- Experience in overseeing multiple events at the one time including but not limited to the planning, preparation and execution
- Strong culinary and creative skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, culinary trends, and local sourcing practices
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
This role is offering a strong remuneration package ranging beyond $110,000 plus super for the right candidate.
