This Head Chef role will see you lead the kitchen team and drive all aspects of day-to-day operations. With a focus on consistency, leadership, and quality, you will oversee service, maintain systems, and contribute to a menu driven by wood-fired cooking and seasonal produce.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and service standards
- Manage systems, stock, compliance, and staffing
- Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team
- Maintain high levels of quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Contribute to menu development and supplier relationships
You are a capable and confident Head Chef with experience in modern or premium dining. You are passionate about Italian cuisine, strong on operations, and committed to leading a high-performing team. Wood-fired cooking experience is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on management style
- Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine preferred
- Operationally sound with strong systems knowledge
- Skilled in building and motivating high-performing teams
- Passionate about wood-fired techniques and seasonal cooking
