This is a rare opportunity to take a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of a progressive hospitality group. Working closely with senior leadership, the Group Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and drive standards of excellence across multiple venues.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring venue Head Chefs across the group
  • Driving menu innovation and culinary creativity
  • Managing kitchen performance, labour and COGS
  • Setting and executing the group's culinary direction
  • Representing the brand publicly and through social platforms
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking culinary leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-profile environment. With hatted restaurant experience and a flair for innovation, you will be both hands-on in the kitchen and strategic in shaping direction.
 
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Previous senior leadership experience within high-end or hatted venues
