This is a rare opportunity to take a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of a progressive hospitality group. Working closely with senior leadership, the Group Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and drive standards of excellence across multiple venues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring venue Head Chefs across the group
- Driving menu innovation and culinary creativity
- Managing kitchen performance, labour and COGS
- Setting and executing the group's culinary direction
- Representing the brand publicly and through social platforms
