The Role
Reporting to the executive team, the Group Operations Manager will be responsible for embedding best-practice operational systems while building leadership capability across the business. This role balances strategic oversight with hands-on influence, ensuring consistency, accountability and performance across multiple venues.
Key responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing group-wide operational processes and standards

Leading and developing venue leaders with a strong focus on coaching and capability building

Driving performance management frameworks, succession planning and engagement initiatives

Partnering with senior stakeholders to align operations with commercial and cultural goals

Ensuring compliance, risk management and continuous improvement across the group
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality operations leader who is equally passionate about people development and process improvement. You thrive in complex, multi-site environments and are comfortable influencing at both the venue and executive levels.
