With continued growth, they seek a skilled Group Operations Manager to uphold and elevate operational standards.

Job Description

This role oversees all aspects of operations across the group’s venues, with a strong focus on service delivery, team leadership, and operational process. Working closely with venue leaders and senior stakeholders, the Group Operations Manager will drive consistency, improve systems, and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Lead venue teams to deliver consistent, elevated guest experiences

  • Review and improve operational processes and service standards

  • Provide clear direction and mentoring to frontline and leadership teams

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across operations, events, and culinary departments

  • Monitor performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality leader with a hands-on approach and exceptional attention to detail. They will be highly organised, a clear communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across the business.

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role across multi-site venues

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and culture

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

  • High attention to detail and operational discipline

  • Strong understanding of service-driven environments and guest experience
