Job Description
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the venue’s operations. You will lead a large, multi-skilled team, ensuring excellence across service, compliance, and profitability, while driving community engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily operations across bar, bistro, entertainment, and gaming
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing team
- Driving financial performance and managing budgets
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Implementing initiatives to strengthen the venue’s community ties
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Venue or General Manager within a similar hospitality environment. You will demonstrate strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key skills and experience:
- Proven track record in managing multi-faceted venues
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- In-depth knowledge of gaming and entertainment operations
