The client is committed to delivering a premium guest experience, a strong local reputation and growth in regional tourism.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the property, driving guest satisfaction, financial outcomes and operational excellence. • Collaborate with marketing, sales and external partnerships to drive occupancy, events and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, asset maintenance and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile

You are an experienced hotel or resort leader, ideally with exposure to both accommodation and food & beverage operations in a regional environment. You are commercial, hands‑on, and community-minded.
  • Proven senior management experience in a hotel, resort or multi‑department hospitality operation
  • Strong commercial acumen, P&L responsibility and demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage costs
  • Excellent leadership, people development and team engagement skills
  • Capability in guest experience delivery, quality standards, and operational systems
  • Familiarity with regional hospitality dynamics, local sourcing and community engagement
  • Experience in function/event operations and food & beverage revenue management
  • Knowledge of branded hotel operating systems (or equivalent)
  • Understanding of regional tourism drivers and stakeholder relationships in South Australia
Offer

This is a compelling role for a seasoned hospitality executive to lead and grow a flagship regional property. Competitive remuneration package offered, commensurate with experience, including bonus incentives tied to performance and growth.
