Job Description
The General Manager will be responsible for the full oversight of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to managing staff, facilities, and guest services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving guest satisfaction through personalised service and high operational standards
- Overseeing financial performance, budgets, and reporting
- Leading, training, and motivating a dedicated team
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Developing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing accommodation businesses or lifestyle resorts. They will bring strong operational knowledge, financial skills, and the ability to inspire a team in a remote environment.
