Job Description
The General Manager will lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of this premium restaurant, setting the tone for excellence in service, team culture, and commercial performance. You will be responsible for developing a strong leadership team, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving a high-performance culture across all departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, training and pre-opening planning
- Deliver exceptional service standards in a high-volume, premium setting
- Build and manage a strong team culture with effective delegation
- Collaborate on commercial planning, budgeting and cost control
- Represent the brand and drive guest loyalty through personal engagement
You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for guest service and operational excellence. Your background includes leading large teams in premium, high-volume venues and a proven ability to balance service and business performance.
Key attributes:
- Previous experience as General Manager or senior leader in a premium venue
- Demonstrated success managing large teams and high-volume service
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of financial performance
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and people leadership skills
- Hands-on and committed to creating a strong service culture
